In the summer these are so simple to take to a backyard barbeque or block party. Let’s be real, they are great anytime of the year.

Easy to make and always consistent. They are buttery and sweet with the perfect amount of crunch. They don’t need to be refrigerated and keep for up to a week in an airtight container.

Ingredients:
1 stick of butter
6 cups Rice Krispies
10 oz marshmallows
Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions:
1. Rub stick of butter around a 9×13 glass baking dish covering entire dish.
2. Reserve small amount of stick for finger tips (Appx. 1 TSP)
3. Melt remaining butter on medium heat and add entire bag of marshmallows. Keep stirring until melted.
4. In a large mixing bowl measure 6 cups of Rice Krispies.
5. Pour melted marshmallows mixture over prepared Rice Krispies. Stirring until all Rice Krispies are coated.
6. Pour into 9×13 baking sheet. Place reserved butter on finger tips and press down until level.
7. Enjoy!
