These are definitely a copycat from the Starbuck cake pops.
They are simple to make and you don’t even need to turn on the oven.
Ingredients:
2 packages of frosted sugar cookies
1 package cream cheese
10+ ounces of melting wafers (Chocolate/Vanilla/etc)
1 Package of lollipop stick
Instructions:
1. In a stand mixer place both packages of sugar cookies and mix until broken up.
2. Add cream cheese and mix until sticky.
3. Roll into balls or use a Cookie Scoop and place on lined Baking Sheet
4. Place a lollipop stick in each one.
5. Refrigerate for an hour to firm up
6. Melt wafers according to instructions then dip each cake pop into the melted chocolate, add sprinkles and place back on the baking sheet
7. Refrigerate for another hour until chocolate is hard.
