I hosted a Galantine’s Day happy hour which was so much fun! I made my unbelievable rice krispies and everyone was to bring a small charcuterie board, there was so much food and cute themed cocktails. My charcuterie board was equipped with this delicious bacon wrapped little smokies.

Ingredients:

  • 1-14 ounce Lit’L Smokies package
  • 1 pound of bacon (cut in thirds)
  • 1-cup brown sugar

 

Instructions:

  1. Wrap each Lit’L Smokie with one piece of bacon securing with a toothpick
  2. Roll in brown sugar
  3. Place in a flat layer on a baking sheet
  4. Bake at 350 for 40-55 minutes until bacon is crispy
  5. Place on platter and serve immediately!
