I hosted a Galantine’s Day happy hour which was so much fun! I made my unbelievable rice krispies and everyone was to bring a small charcuterie board, there was so much food and cute themed cocktails. My charcuterie board was equipped with this delicious bacon wrapped little smokies.
Ingredients:
- 1-14 ounce Lit’L Smokies package
- 1 pound of bacon (cut in thirds)
- 1-cup brown sugar
Instructions:
- Wrap each Lit’L Smokie with one piece of bacon securing with a toothpick
- Roll in brown sugar
- Place in a flat layer on a baking sheet
- Bake at 350 for 40-55 minutes until bacon is crispy
- Place on platter and serve immediately!
