I have a love hate relationship with Dollar Tree. I don’t love that they increased their prices to $1.25 and added an aisle for “dollar plus” but I do love that you can buy under 3oz items for traveling, small aluminum pans and fun holiday décor. You can read my post on a gift bouquet, which is a great arrangement of candy given as a bouquet instead of flowers, everything was purchased from Dollar Tree to create it.
I love gift giving, sometimes it’s something I just don’t want any more sometimes its wine (hoping I’ll get to drink it with them). During the holiday’s I like to have little gift boxes for my girlfriends. Most of us live alone and it is hard to buy a whole box of donut sticks or hot Christmas tree cakes knowing they won’t all get eaten. These were so easy to assemble and had just a couple treats for everyone to enjoy. These can easily be given to neighbors, teachers (outside of school) family or anyone you want to give an easy gift to.
Dollar Tree offers the same boxes for Valentine’s Day, these are great for taking cookies to someone, storing candy in the cupboard or kids crayons/markers. I do love a cute resuable box!
Plastic Containers from Dollar Tree (6 since most Little Debbie treats come with 6) When you pick up your sweets for the boxes make sure there are 6 of each type within the box.
