If you read my post on holiday drink boxes you already know I have a love hate relationship with Dollar Tree. However, with fun gift giving idea’s it is a great place to start.
I enjoy giving people gifts that are thoughtful and not just more clutter, so food/snacks/special treats are always a good go to. This candy bouquet is a great way to create an easter basket, birthday “flowers” or even a Valentines gift. The occasions are endless and the variety of candy you can choose from make it perfect for a specific person.
You start with four boxes (all the same size) to build a base and then fill it with all of their favorites. I went with beef jerky, candy, cookies, I was able to get everything at Dollar tree which also made it cost effective!
In total this specific candy bouquet cost less than $20
This concept can be changed and used for similar ideas that are not candy related like:

- use the base as hair spray, dry shampoo, mouse and fill the inside with hair ties, head bands, clips

- Cocktail drinks

- Cover the foam block with a bottle bag and fill with shooters

What you will need:
4 Boxes of Candy (all the same size)
Foam floral block (4 inch)
Shish kebab sticks
Tape
Individual pieces of candy/cookies/beef jerky
Instruction:
Tape the four boxes of candy together to fit around the foam floral block.
Remove the foam block and cut off the part that was sticking out
Tape each item to a shish kebab stick and stick them into the foam block arranging the bouquet.
Wrap the foam block in tissue paper and carefully slide it back into the four boxes of candy
Vila – candy bouquet!
