One pan, dump and bake meals are genius. Less dishes, less time in the kitchen all while still enjoying a homecooked meal! It was 70 this past week in Michigan which is unheard of for February so I was in my spring-cleaning mode. I have been taking a break from couponing to use up some of the stockpile I have accumulated. If you want more ideas on how else to save money read my post on Library Hacks.
I happened to have a bottle of Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan sauce and the cream cheese already so this was on the list to make for the week. I also have 9 boxes of pasta so I decided to try this out with penne and it was successful!
This pasta dish was all over Instagram for a while, I was nervous to make it at first because I am not a huge fan of using an entire bottle of dressing for a dinner. Warning…this is high in sodium but overall delicious! A nice different type of pasta one pot dinner. Unfortunately, I probably won’t make it part of my weekly dinner rotations only because it makes a 9×13 pan filled to the rim. It is perfect for a large family meal or if you want left overs, I found it does reheat the next day well and the pasta does not dry out.
The pasta does fully cook in the milk and chicken broth and the cream cheese gives it a creamy cheese texture. I used frozen broccoli but any vegetable mix would work in this recipe.
I boiled two frozen chicken breast and then shredded it and placed on top, this would be a great way to use rotisserie chicken meat also!

- 1 Box of pasta (penne/bow tie/spiral)
- 1 bottle of garlic parmesan wing sauce
