When I moved home I strategically chose my town because I was close enough to get to see my parents whenever I wanted however I was far enough away they wouldn’t just “pop in”. I am one of those people that love a good “pop in” please stop by anytime you are driving or walking by.
Then I panic search the fridge and freezer and go oh what will I feed them or send them home with! So I automatically like to have prepared or simple ingredients in the house.
Regardless if I have days or minutes to prepare this is always a go too. Typically I lean towards small portion meals but this one will feed 8-10 adults with left overs! Plus it is so meaty and cheesy all you need to pair with it is toasted garlic ciabatta bread and a tossed salad.
You can also separate this out to 6X9 pans which are great to feed 2-4 people. I get them at dollar tree and you get 2 for $1.25 which makes them freezer friendly! This recipe will make 3 of the 6×9 pans.
